Let’s make a zine together!
OK everybody it is time again to make a zine! I’d again like to invite all of you to submit your work for issue #9 of hey everybody… Let’s make a zine!. As before, the entry can be pretty much anything that could fit the zine format. The only real requirement is that it be “family-friendly” as both kids and adults are among the contributors.
uh, what’s a zine?
Wikipedia sez:
“A zine (/’zi:n/ zeen; an abbreviation of fanzine, or magazine) is most commonly a small circulation self-published work of original or appropriated texts and images usually reproduced via photocopier.”

So here’s the deal
You are all super-creative folks. Time is short but if you can, please consider contributing some writing, drawing, photography or whatever else you do that I can compile into a folded 8.5 x 11″ (grayscale) zine. Perhaps the looming deadline will be a spur to your creativity? I hope it will be for me… Since kids are involved, all submissions will have to be family friendly.
Ideally, submissions should be in by the end of October 2023 but I’ll try and be flexible.
